1. Go to Start
2. Then go to Control Panel
3. Then click Network Settings
4. Then double click LAN
5. Click on Properties
6. Click on  TCP/IP
7. Check Use the following IP
8. Then input your IP information

Setting Up Your Network Connection for Vista

1. Go to Start
2. Then go to Control Panel
3. Then click Network and Internet
4. Then click Network and Sharing Center
5. Then click Manage Network Connections
6. Double click Local Area Connection
7. Click on the Properties Button
8. Double click Internet Protocal Version 4
9. Check Use the Following IP
10. Then input your IP information
